Creating a sound map - how do I use the different feature settings

Hallo

I'm wanting to experiment with different feature settings when creating a new sound map. However selecting anything but STFT gives me a error message:

Is there a step I need to do first to the slices to use the other options? I've tried with very few slices in case it was a performance issue, but I see no spikes in memory or CPU.

Hi, How many audio files are you using ? . If you are using more than 5 then I'm not sure what's going, are the audio files very long ? If you are using windows, keep in mind there is a bug that files and folder names can't contain non standard characters. Try putting you folder with audio files in a simple folder like c:/audios/

Thanks for your reply. I ran a test on a set of short audio clips and made sure the file names and folder name have no special characters in them.

I'm actually on Mac, but I thought to eliminate the small chance of an issue. I still get the same error message.

Any other ideas of what I should do if I want to use other kinds of feature extraction other than STFT? If I tick the other boxes, I get the error as on the first post:

Mm, sorry to hear this. It is the first time I hear about this bug.
Does this happen will all kinds of audio clips ? I mean, have you tried other ones ? are the audio clips in 44kHz 16bit ?
